Scottie Barnes
Scottie Barnes has 17/11/8 line in win over Magic
Tue, Jan 21, 2025, 5:07 PM
Scottie Barnes had 17 points (6-of-13 FGs), 11 rebounds, eight assists, two steals, one block and two 3-pointers against the Magic.
Analysis: Barnes was just two assists shy of a triple-double against the Magic Tuesday. Still, the 23-year-old small forward struggled shooting from the field once again. Barnes had 17 points on 13 shots and made 2-of-4 attempts from behind the 3-point line. It's still impressive that Barnes can produce even during a stretch when he's in a bit of a shooting slump. He remains a top-50 fantasy player on the season.
Gradey Dick
Gradey Dick has 17 points, 2 threes in win vs. ORL
Tue, Jan 21, 2025, 5:04 PM
Gradey Dick had 17 points (6-of-9 FGs), one rebound, one assist and two 3-pointers against the Magic on Tuesday.
Analysis: Dick now has at least two made 3-pointers in four of his last five games. Unfortunately, the 21-year-old shooting guard isn't providing much in the other categories. Dick is a shooter, but he's eclipsed 20 points only once in 10 games so far in January. He's outside the top-100 in season-long fantasy value.
RJ Barrett
RJ Barrett has 19/8/2 line in win over Magic
Tue, Jan 21, 2025, 5:03 PM
RJ Barrett had 19 points (6-of-9 FGs), eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in the Raptors' 109-93 victory over the Magic.
Analysis: Barrett had 18 assists in his last two games, but took a backseat to Scottie Barnes and Davion Mitchell from a playmaking perspective Tuesday against the Magic. The 24-year-old small forward still contributed to the victory as he was efficient scoring with 19 points on nine shots in 28 minutes. Barrett continues to play well since returning from a three-game absence due to an illness a couple weeks back.
Chris Boucher

Tue, Jan 21, 2025, 1:29 PM
Josh Lewenberg
Despite previous reports, Chris Boucher (illness) will play against Orlando on Tuesday.
Analysis: Boucher was initially expected to not play in this game after missing practice on Monday, but he will be able to suit up. He'll split the backup post minutes with Kelly Olynyk due to Jonathan Mogbo being inactive.

Blake Murphy
Chris Boucher (illness) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Magic.
Analysis: Boucher missed practice on Monday, and the illness will keep him sidelined for their game against Orlando. Kelly Olynyk and Jonathan Mogbo will take on extra minutes off the bench in place of Boucher.
Ochai Agbaji
Ochai Agbaji (hand) limited to individual work
Mon, Jan 20, 2025, 11:11 AM
Josh Lewenberg
Ochai Agbaji (right hand laceration) was limited to individual work during Monday's practice.
Analysis: Agbaji did not play in Friday's loss to the Bucks and will not see action on Tuesday when the Raptors face the Magic. He only used his left hand during the session, so this injury could cost Agbaji a few more games. Bruce Brown played 20 minutes off the bench against Milwaukee and is worthy of consideration in deep leagues.
Chris Boucher
Chris Boucher (illness) questionable Tuesday
Mon, Jan 20, 2025, 11:06 AM
Josh Lewenberg
Chris Boucher (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Magic.
Analysis: Boucher did not participate in Monday's practice, hence his addition to the Raptors' injury report. While he has played well off the bench recently, providing 10th-round value in 9-cat formats over the past two weeks, the Raptors forward/center should not be rostered outside of deep leagues.
Scottie Barnes
Scottie Barnes has 10/8/10 line in loss to Bucks
Fri, Jan 17, 2025, 5:11 PM
Scottie Barnes had 10 points (4-of-16 FGs), eight rebounds, 10 assists, two steals and two blocks against the Bucks on Friday.
Analysis: Barnes had a rough night shooting against the Bucks Friday. The 23-year-old small forward had just 10 points on 16 shots and missed all six of his 3-point attempts. It's a testament to Barnes' varied skillset that the game wasn't a total loss for fantasy managers. He was just two rebounds shy of a triple-double. The fact that he can produce like that while having a poor shooting night is impressive. Barnes remains in the top 50 in fantasy value on the year.
RJ Barrett
RJ Barrett has 21/4/10 line in loss to Bucks
Fri, Jan 17, 2025, 5:10 PM
RJ Barrett had 21 points (7-of-16 FGs), four rebounds, 10 assists, one steal and three 3-pointers against the Bucks on Friday.
Analysis: Barrett didn't have a great shooting night as the Raptors went quietly in an 18-point loss to the Bucks. Still, the 24-year-old small forward had 21 points on 16 shots and managed to dish out 10 assists on his way to recording a double-double. Overall, he's been playing well since missing three games with an illness a few weeks ago.
Ochai Agbaji
Ochai Agbaji (hand) questionable Friday vs. Bucks
Thu, Jan 16, 2025, 9:18 AM
Ochai Agbaji (right hand laceration) has been ruled out for Friday's Raptors-Bucks game.
Analysis: Agbaji is in danger of missing three of his team's previous five games after failing to return from the hand laceration he suffered against the Celtics. Bruce Brown is finally healthy enough to play and could absorb some of Agbaji's reserve minutes if he's ruled out.
Immanuel Quickley
Immanuel Quickley (hip) out Friday vs. Bucks
Thu, Jan 16, 2025, 9:14 AM
Immanuel Quickley (left hip strain) has been ruled out for Friday's Raptors-Bucks game.
Analysis: Quickley has been dealing with groin and hip injuries as of late and is set to miss his third straight contest ahead of the weekend. Davion Mitchell will likely start at point guard against Milwaukee on Friday.
Jakob Poeltl
Jakob Poeltl has double-double in win over Celtics
Wed, Jan 15, 2025, 4:06 PM
Jakob Poeltl had 16 points (8-of-8 FGs), 11 rebounds, two assists, and one blocked shot against the Celtics on Wednesday.
Analysis: Poeltl finished Wednesday's 110-97 win over the Celtics with his 16th double-double of the season, and he didn't miss a shot from the field. The Raptors center has been close to a top-50 player, far exceeding preseason expectations (Yahoo ADP: 93). The only concerns for fantasy managers are a potential shutdown or Toronto receiving an offer it can't refuse before the February trade deadline. Toronto finishes its Week 12 slate on Friday in Milwaukee.
Scottie Barnes
Scottie Barnes has 18 points, 9 assists vs. Boston
Wed, Jan 15, 2025, 3:58 PM
Scottie Barnes had 18 points (8-of-16 FGs), two rebounds, nine assists, one steal, two blocks and one 3-pointer against the Celtics on Wednesday.
Analysis: Barnes went 1-of-5 from behind the 3-point line as most players struggled with their 3-point shooting in this one. The 23-year-old small forward still managed to have 18 points on 16 shots and also dished out nine assists in this one. Barnes has been a top-50 fantasy player this season and showed he's essentially matchup-proof in the win over the Celtics.
RJ Barrett
RJ Barrett has 22/11/8 line in win over Celtics
Wed, Jan 15, 2025, 3:54 PM
RJ Barrett had 22 points (10-of-18 FGs), 11 rebounds, eight assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in the Raptors' 110-97 victory over the Celtics on Wednesday.
Analysis: In a game where both team struggled shooting from 3-point range, Barrett led the way with a game-high 22 points. The 24-year-old small forward was just two assists shy of a triple-double. Barrett's shooting has improved since missing three games with an illness and overall his fantasy value has improved since being traded to Toronto. The win over the Celtics may go down as a season highlight for the Raptors.
Ochai Agbaji
Ochai Agbaji (hand) won't return Wednesday vs. BOS
Wed, Jan 15, 2025, 3:22 PM
Ochai Agbaji (hand) won't return to Wednesday's game against the Celtics.
Analysis: Agbaji suffered a hand injury in the second quarter against the Celtics Wednesday. The 24-year-old small forward received three stitches on his right hand and was ruled out for the remainder of the game. There's no timetable for his return at the moment.
Immanuel Quickley
Quickley (groin) out Wednesday vs. Celtics
Tue, Jan 14, 2025, 10:07 AM
Immanuel Quickley (left groin strain) has been ruled out for Wednesday's Raptors-Celtics game.
Analysis: Quickley sat against the Warriors and is set to miss his second straight game against the Celtics. Davion Mitchell will likely step back into the starting point guard spot on Wednesday.
Scottie Barnes
Scottie Barnes puts up 23/8/6/2/2 line vs. GSW
Mon, Jan 13, 2025, 5:06 PM
Scottie Barnes led Toronto with 23 points (9-of-21 FGs), eight rebounds, six assists, two steals, two blocks and one triple in a 104-101 win over Golden State on Monday.
Analysis: Barnes stuffed the stat sheet in this game, which helped them end a five-game losing streak and secure a hard-earned win over the Warriors. Barnes' efficiency has taken a hit this season, but he has still been able to average career-highs for points, assists and steals, which has resulted in another top-50 season for him. Toronto still has two more games this week, which includes a home matchup with Boston on Wednesday before they head to Milwaukee on Friday. Expect Barnes to continue to fill up the box score, regardless of the matchup.
Chris Boucher
Chris Boucher contributes 18 points off bench
Mon, Jan 13, 2025, 4:31 PM
Chris Boucher provided a boost off the bench on Monday with 18 points (7-of-9 FGs), seven rebounds, two assists, one block and three 3-pointers against Golden State.
Analysis: Boucher has been a solid scoring option all season for Toronto, but he has been on a true heater recently. He has missed a total of eight shots over their last four games while averaging 16.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. Boucher has played at least 20 minutes in three straight games, and he seems to have carved out a consistent role. They only have two more games this week, but Boucher may be a decent streaming options in deep leagues if he continues to play this many minutes.
Davion Mitchell
Davion Mitchell dishes out six assists in start
Mon, Jan 13, 2025, 4:21 PM
Davion Mitchell got the start on Monday and contributed six assists in 27 minutes against the Warriors.
Analysis: Mitchell went from receiving a DNP-Coach's Decision in their last game to logging 27 minutes as a starter. It was quite the role change for him, but he has been a consistent source of assists when he starts this season. Unfortunately, that was the only thing he supplied in this one. He missed his three shot attempts, committed four fouls and dished out six assists. That was it. If Immanuel Quickley (hip) remains out against Boston on Wednesday, Mitchell should be in line for another start.
Davion Mitchell
TOR starting Mitchell, Dick, RJ, Barnes, Poeltl
Mon, Jan 13, 2025, 1:09 PM
Blake Murphy
The Raptors will start Davion Mitchell, Gradey Dick, RJ Barrett, Scottie Barnes and Jakob Poeltl against Golden State on Monday.
Analysis: Mitchell didn't play at all in their last game, but he'll make a return to the starting lineup in this one. He should be able to supply some assists in an increased role, though Jamal Shead should also see some extra minutes off the bench.
